Due to Covid-19 health and safety protocols we do not accept any returns for products that have been opened, unpackaged or put into use. Returns are available for unused and unopened products only.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be assumed by the purchaser. Once the product(s) have been received and inspected by our return department your refund will be issued. If the products have been opened, damaged or used your return will not be accepted.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate the return process, email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our contact form.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
