We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not happy with your Aku product(s), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
The 90-day guarantee period begins from the date of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be assumed by the purchaser. Once the product(s) have been received and inspected by our return department your refund will be issued. If the products have been damaged your return will not be accepted.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate the return process, email email@example.com or fill out our contact form.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please note: If the products are damaged you will not receive a refund and we will not ship the products back to you.
